The August meeting of the SPHOA Board will be on Tuesday, 13 August at 4044 Macadam Ct SE. Attendees who are not regular board members are encouraged to bring folding/camping chairs.

Due to planned absences causing inability to form a quorum, the board voted not to meet in April.  Instead, the next board meeting will take place 14 May at Arlene’s house.

The Normandy Extension/Smith Lake Wetland page has been entirely revamped with a timeline and linked documents.  We’ve also posted the completed wetland rating technical report by the Friends of Smith Lake on that page.
