Homeowner dues must be paid by February 5th, each calendar year, you may pay online or by mail using one of the following payment options.
When paying online be sure to include your name and lot number in the billing or shipping address line with the payment of $155.93 (includes non-refundable merchant fees). Use the shipping address for your SPHOA address the if different then billing.
